Disclaimer
- Do not use if you have known or previous history of hypersensitivity to paracetamol, guaifenesin, phenylephrine, or any other ingredient in this product
- Do not use if you are taking, or have taken, within the last two weeks, monoamine oxidase inhibitors
- Do not be used with other paracetamol-containing products, decongestants, or cough and cold medicines.
- Do not use for the treatment of cold and flu symptoms in children under 6 years of age.
- Do not use if you have Known or previous history of hypersensitivity to Paracetamol, Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine or any other constituent in the product.
- Do not use in Concomitant use of other sympathomimetic (such as decongestants, appetite suppressants and amphetamine like psychostimulants).
- Do not use in case of Phaeochromocytoma.
- Do not use in case of Closed angle glaucoma.
- Do not use in case of Hepatic or severe renal impairment, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, heart disease or those taking tricyclic antidepressant or beta-blocking drugs and those patients who are taking or have taken within the last two weeks, monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
- Do not take with a cough suppressant.
Patients should be advised not to drive or operate machinery if affected by dizziness.
Seek medical advice before taking this product if:
- You have Hypertension, Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism, Angle closure glaucoma,Phaeochromocytoma, An enlargement of the prostate gland, Occlusive vascular disease (e.g. Raynaud’s Phenomenon),Liver and kidney impairment, glutathione depleted states such as sepsis
- You are taking beta-blockers and other antihypertensive drugs or tricyclic antidepressants
- This product should not be used by patients taking other sympathomimetics (such as decongestants, appetite suppressants).
- In case of patients suffering from chronic cough or asthma.
- Patients should stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional if cough lasts for more than 5 days or comes back, or is accompanied by a fever ,rash or persistent headache.
- In case of an enlargement of the prostate gland.
- In case of Occlusive vascular disease (e.g. Raynaud’s phenomenon).
- In case of cardiovascular disease
- If You have glutathione depleted states such as sepsis or you have a severe infection as the use of Paracetamol may increase the risk of metabolic acidosis. Signs of metabolic acidosis include: deep, rapid, difficult breathing, Feeling sick (nausea), being sick (vomiting), Loss of appetite (Contact a doctor immediately if you get a combination of these symptoms).
- Use with caution in patients taking antihypertensive drugs. If symptoms persist, medical advice must be sought.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children
- Do not give to children under 12 years of age except on medical advice.
- Do Not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
