Panadol Actifast Caplet provides the relief of fever and mild to moderate pain including:

Panadol Actifast Caplets are gentle on the stomach. They are white to off-white capsule shaped film coated tablets with flat edges, debossed with "P" on one side and"-" on the other side.

Dosage Information

Age Dosage
Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 12 years and over 500mg to 1000mg paracetamol (1 to 2 tablets), taken every 4 to 6 hours as required.
Children under 12 years Not recommended for children under the age of 12 years.
  • Do not exceed the stated dose.
  • The lowest dose necessary to achieve efficacy should be used for the shortest duration of treatment.
  • Oral administration only.
  • Minimum dosing interval: 4 hours
  • Maximum daily dose: 4000mg (8 tablets)

Renal Impairment:

Patients who have been diagnosed with renal impairment must seek medical advice before taking this medication. The restrictions related to the use of paracetamol products in patients with renal impairment are primarily a consequence of the paracetamol content of the drug.

Children aged 10 to 12 years can use 1 Panadol Suppository every 4-6 hours as required. Do not exceed the maximum of 4 suppositories in a 24-hour period. Do not use for more than 48 hours except on medical advice.

Panadol Suppositories are not recommended for children under 12 years of age. 

Hepatic Impairment:

Patients who have been diagnosed with liver impairment must seek medical advice before taking this medication. The restrictions related to the use of paracetamol products in patients with hepatic impairment are primarily a consequence of the paracetamol content of the drug.
