The active ingredient in Panadol Soluble 7+ Years is paracetamol (250mg per tablet). Panadol Soluble 7+ Years is an effective treatment for the relief of mild to moderate pain and fever associated with kids’ cold & flu symptoms. Panadol Soluble 7+ Years also reduces fever and relieves:

• Headache
• Dental pain
• Immunisation pain
• Earache

How to use:
Drop the Panadol Soluble 7+ Years tablet(s) into a glass of room temperature water. Wait until the tablet(s) are fully dissolved and have stopped fizzing. Then give the liquid to your child to drink.

Please check the table below to ensure you give your little one the appropriate dose of this medicine. Always follow the dosage instructions on the packet, and do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by your doctor.

Dosage
The recommended dose for Children’s Panadol in children under 12 years old is 15 milligrams of paracetamol for every 1 kilogram of body weight.

Match your child’s weight to the chart below. If their weight is not known then match the age of your child. If your child weighs less than 22 kg (or is under 7 years of age) or more than 41 kg, please consult your doctor about adjusting the dosage amount.

22 - 32 kg 7 - 10 years 1 to 1½ dissolvable tablets (up to a maximum of 6 Panadol Soluble 7+ Years tablets in any 24-hour period)
32 - 41 kg 10 - 12 years 1½ to 2 dissolvable tablets (up to a maximum of 8 Panadol Soluble 7+ Years tablets in any 24-hour period)

Warning

Do not give more than 4 doses in one day or within any 24-hour period.

Do not use for more than 48 hours at a time except on medical advice.
